Sleep well Eat Well Live Well

I have always been a health conscious person but never really practice what I should do everyday. Now I'm beginning to feel the results of it. I feel my body is not the same as it was 15 years ago, 10 years ago or even 5 years ago. I work very hard 7 days a week doing what I passionately love but it seems like my body and mind are being overloaded. Sometimes I feel sleepy after I woke up from my sleep. Other times I feel like I can't stop eating. I notice I can't stay up so late or party with my friends like I used to. My tolerance level for the stuff I used to easily enjoy has much degraded. I am starting to eat less fat and spicy food, sleep in early, drink and smoke less, exercise more regularly, avoid sodas and desserts. I hope it's going to help me sleep, eat and live better, longer and happier. What's your story?
