Art Vacation at MIPTV 2009 in Cannes

I am back in Cannes again for the 8th market (I think). It's much slower this time and there are quite a number of empty booths resulting in more space for participants to sit, have meetings, use the internet machines and wander around. I have not seen much for the new programs that fit with my specific demand this time but it's good to catch up with friends and to see familiar faces in the business. We stay at 1835 which is a renovated Sofitel on the beach. It's very nice at 800 euros a night. So far I have had two Italian meals and two cups of instant noodles. Looking forward to the holographic 3d conference tonight from Endemol. That is it for my first day summary. Lyn and Yohanna let's meet up tonight at Morrison's.
